Goodbye December!

Goodbye December!  What a busy month of holiday events and happenings!  While it holds many enjoyable and fun memories, I am always excited to move on to a new month with more normal schedule and structure. Our first two days of January will be spent on vacation in Georgia.  Then Autumn will have her wisdom teeth removed.  Two days after that, I drive Addie back to college where she will be working the rest of her winter break in the yearbook office.  The next day, I drive to Atlanta to work our January Aspire event.   So January will be a whirlwind in the beginning!!  I love my life though and I am so grateful to my Lord for it all. Goodbye December and goodbye 2024!

AHG Christmas Sock Exchange and Christmas Caroling

Thursday, December 19 I'm a little obsessed with how our new Litter Robot works!  I love the corresponding app that alerts me. We also have a camera at the Litter Robot so I can see when the cats are checking it out and who is using it, etc. Jackson learned how to use it first. :) Beautiful sunrise. Nuggie tried to use it but didn't go all the way in.  She is still learning. :) Beautiful day with the window open! Autumn was catching some rays while we had it. Jackson is so cute when he sleeps. We worked on more final exams and assignments. I made lasagna for dinner. Then we went to American Heritage Girls for the BBB and Christmas sock exchange. Friday, December 20 The Litter Robot lets you know when it runs its cleaning cycle and when it is complete.  It was can tell you which cat was in the robot by measuring its weight. It tells you the level of the litter and the level of waste. AND, it has a night light!  I mean, this is super fancy! And miracles of miracles, I ...

Four Years in Heaven

Today has been four years since my father in law passed away.  I miss him a lot but I am so grateful for all the memories from our years living in Reno.  I can't replace him now but I will always have our memories.  Precious memories. Miss you, Pops.  I'm so glad you are in Heaven with Jesus.

Christmas Party and My Grapefruit

Monday, December 16 Today was Day 84 for school.  We are almost done with the nine weeks.  Autumn came with me grocery shopping today and that was a nice change.  I always go by myself so I enjoyed spending some time with her. Burning my new candle from my niece. My new menu planner/grocery list arrived!!  I love it! I love her products and that she is a Christian. Sierra had an interview to be a trainer at Chick-Fil-A at 9:30am and then worked from 2-9pm. Summer had her horse riding lesson at 5:30pm and I made beef stroganoff for dinner. Tuesday, December 17 Trying to help Mom. I went to the church from 8:30-11am to help with TLN teardown. What a pretty car someone drove to the church! It turned out to be a pretty warm day - especially with the humidity! At 12:15pm, the girls and I went to the theater to see the movie Wicked. Then at 5pm was Eric's company's Christmas party held on the property of one of the owners. Wednesday, December 18 Nuggie napping by t...
