Couponing, Buc-ee's and Home

In the morning, Summer and I worked on some school.  Then we drove to St. Augustine.  She was dog sitting for my husband's co-workers.  When we got to their home, we worked on some more quizzes and tests.  I left around 12:45pm and headed to the chiropractor.  I then went to CVS to use my ECB's that were ready to expire.  Then I was ready to get back home.









Summer and I stopped at Buc-ees and had to get an ornament for our tree. :)


My CVS deals.  The cereal was $1.99 each and the conditioner for $2.94 each.



By the time I got home, Sierra had left for work for her shift from 3-10pm.  So I had the evening to myself.  Well, me and the kitties.

I did my cleaning first.  Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping the floors.  I did the dishes and cleaned my counters.  I washed all the bedding from the college girls' stay. 

I made a few orders of Christmas gifts. Did some blogging and work while catching a Christmas Hallmark movie. :)

You May Abound In Hope

Today I completed a devotional book by Candace Cameron Bure.  100 Days of Joy and Strength.  I was struggling last night.  Darkness seemed to overwhelm me.  The last day of this devotional gave me exactly the encouragement I needed to go another day. Here are the verses she shared from God's Word. "I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in His word I put my hope."  Psalm 130:5 "We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed;"  II Corinthians 4:8-9 "As for me, I watch in hope for the Lord, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me.  Do not gloat over me, my enemy!  Though I have fallen, I will rise.  Though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light."  Micah 7:7-8 "I remain confident of this; I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.  Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord."...
