Rebekah's Veggie Pizza
Veggie pizza is a great appetizer for a New Years Eve party or a summer get-together. It is easy and fresh!
2 tubes of crescent rolls
1 - 16 oz. container of sour cream
1 package of Hidden Valley seasoning ranch dip
Your choice of veggies - I use broccoli crowns, shredded carrot sticks, red bell pepper, and green onions.
The great thing about this recipe is you can use whatever toppings you like!
1 broccoli crown
1 red bell pepper
Shredded carrot sticks
1 can of ripe black olives
4 oz. of shredded cheddar cheese
2-3 green onions
Unroll the crescent rolls and press the seams together onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until a golden brown. Mix together sour cream and ranch seasoning. Spread onto the cooled crust. Add toppings beginning with the cheese and so on.
Keep chilled until serving.
