Hello April!

Hello April!  I see some areas of the country is getting snow - no spring there!  Nature is pulling an April Fools on them.  Today was 86 degrees here in Florida.  With the humidity, I actually decided to turn on the AC.

April is our last month of home school for the 2024-25 year.  So that will be busy just in itself!

Easter break will be here as well and we have our two oldest daughters coming home from college along with Brad, Addie's boyfriend, and two other friends, Hannah and Brooke.

Right after Easter, we fly to Denver for our April Aspire.

You May Abound In Hope

Today I completed a devotional book by Candace Cameron Bure.  100 Days of Joy and Strength.  I was struggling last night.  Darkness seemed to overwhelm me.  The last day of this devotional gave me exactly the encouragement I needed to go another day. Here are the verses she shared from God's Word. "I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in His word I put my hope."  Psalm 130:5 "We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed;"  II Corinthians 4:8-9 "As for me, I watch in hope for the Lord, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me.  Do not gloat over me, my enemy!  Though I have fallen, I will rise.  Though I sit in darkness, the Lord will be my light."  Micah 7:7-8 "I remain confident of this; I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.  Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord."...
