Easy Pork Posole Here is a fabulous recipe that I know you will really enjoy! And it cooks in a crock pot so it is great for a busy mom. Addie made this recipe for our family and it is a keeper. The recipe calls for putting this in corn tortillas. We actually ate it almost like a soup instead. Top your bowl with cilantro, onion and some fresh squeezed lime.
