McCurdy Christmas 2019

On Saturday, December 14, we went to the McCurdy Christmas at Aunt Sue's home.  This is my mom's side of the family. Do you like my tray?  I love it!  It is perfect for things like this and so easy to wash. Game gift time! Hubby and me with my cousin, Martin. Hubby and me with my cousin, Ryan, and his wife, Sara. Hubby and me with my Aunt Jo and Uncle Arnold. Me with my cousin's daughter, Casey. This was in the the game gift game and Autumn won it and gave it to me.  It reminded us cousins of the one Grandma McCurdy had in our childhood and that's why it means so much to me.  Thank you, sweet Autumn! Our family and my Mom.  A wonderful time with her side of the family!

Christmas at the Wildwood Manor 2019

On Saturday, December 14, we went to the Wildwood Manor House that's located in the Wildwood Preserve Metropark.  Every year they have volunteers decorate each room for Christmas and you can tour it all.  It really is a beautiful event and we enjoyed it very much! Outside, they had a volunteer handing out items to roast marshmallows and make s'mores at the fires.  That was fun because we had "make Christmas s'mores" on our holiday bucket list. :) They also had supplies where kids could write their letters to Santa and mail them.  That was nice too since that was on our bucket list. :) After the inside tour, we walked along the lighted boardwalk below the house. Someone came up with these...have dinner in a lighted igloo.  LOL! Outside of the manor at night.  A really nice Christmas event here in our Toledo region!
