Cherry Pineapple Dump Cake
I made this on a rainy Sunday evening after Awana and we topped it with some vanilla bean ice cream - mmm!
20 oz. can of crushed pineapple with juice
21 oz. can cherry filling
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Dump the crushed pineapple into a 9x13 baking dish. Next, top the pineapple with the can of cherry pie filling and spread evenly. Evenly spread the yellow cake mix over all. Place pats of softened butter evenly over the cake mix. Or melt butter and pour over the top.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until topping is slightly browned.
