Recipe: Tater-Topped Sausage-Egg Bake

Tater-Topped Sausage-Egg Bake

This is a recipe by Betty Crocker that I love and use often!  I orginally posted this back in 2015 and thought I would share again.  You can use this for a brunch but I use it for dinner - since it uses tater tots. :)  It is tasty and kid-approved.

12 eggs

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup milk

1 lb. cooked ground sausage

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 bag tater tots

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, beat eggs, water and milk until fluffy.  Fold in sausage and cheese.

Pour egg mixture into baking dish.  Top with frozen tater tots.

Bake 55-60 minutes or until center is set.  Serve immediately.
