Zucchini Bread
This was my Grandma McCurdy's recipe for zucchini bread. My mom makes it now and I wanted to share it with you for your upcoming garden produce this summer.
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Mix together. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min. to 1 hour.
