During the crazy heat wave, we decided to drive to the coast and spend the afternoon. I guess everyone else had the same idea cause it took an extra hour to even get there. It was crazy!

Can you see why we went to beach?? We went from 112 degrees to 73 - just an hour and a half away!
Ironically, we ran into a softball family. Sierra got to hang out with her friend, Rebekah.
Summer made a new friend with one of Rebekah's sisters.
Nothing more peaceful than lying on a beach, listening to the waves and reading a book in the sunshine. Love!
What a perfect day at the beach. :)
