Memorial Day 2022 started as a rainy day.
Rachel and I made all the dishes for the day. Rachel and Adam hosted at their home.
Adam grilled hamburgers and beef hot dogs.
I made Italian pasta salad and deviled eggs. Rachel made coleslaw, potato salad, and baked beans.
Rachel made a Butterfinger dessert and I made brownie trifle and two avocado pies.
We played a Monopoly card game inside while the kids played Dutch Blitz outside.

The clouds did break for a while!
After lunch and games, we played baseball.
Sierra had to work from 12-4pm but was able to join later.
After the ball game, we had a fire and coffee.
A beautiful ending to Memorial Day. They have such lovely sunsets from their home. So enjoyable.
