Recipe: Crock Pot Taco Soup

Crock Pot Taco Soup


I love crock pot recipes.  I love any thing that resembles Mexican food.  I love soup.
Hmm...so I LOVE this recipe!  It is so yummy - must have all the toppings to really enjoy.  End out this winter season with a piping bowl of this soup. :)

1 can pinto beans
1 can white kidney beans
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 envelope Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
1 lb. ground beef/turkey

Cook the beef/turkey.  Drain.  Add all ingredients to crock pot.  DO NOT DRAIN CANS!  Stir.  Cook on low for 2-3 hours until heated through.

Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped green onions, cilantro and tortilla chips.

Amazing!
