Chicken Pot Pie Crescent Cups

My daughter made these for dinner one evening and they were a hit!  Easy, simple and tasty!  Add a salad on the side for a complete meal.

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup chopped deli rotisserie chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can crescent dough sheet

Heat oven to 375 degrees.  Spray muffin cups with cooking spray.  In a medium bowl, mix vegetables, soup and chicken.

On a cutting board, cut the crescent roll sheet into 8-12 squares.  Press into the muffin cups in the bottom and up the side.  Divide the filling mixture evenly among the cups.

Bake 14-18 minutes until dough is deep golden brown and mixture is heated through.  Remove from pan.
