Recipe: Comforting Chicken Noodle Soup

This is a quick and easy soup for those long, winter days and nights.


Comforting Chicken Noodle Soup

2 quarts water
8 tsp chicken bouillon granules
6 1/2 cups extra wide uncooked egg noodles
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup sour cream 
minced parsley

In a large saucepan, bring the water and bouillon to boil.  Add noodles; cook, uncovered, until tender about 10 minutes.  Do not drain.  Add chicken and soup; heat through.

Remove from heat.  Stir in sour cream.  Sprinkle with parsley.
