Captain Jack and Busy Week

After Captain Jack's surgery, we had to keep him inside while his incisions healed.  We set up a spot for him in the girls' bathroom.  Litter box, food and water and a bed.  He was actually very good for being a stray brought off the street!  He didn't even mind being inside the bathroom.

He's a handsome old boy! :)

He managed to jump out so he could look out the window.

Ha!

His incision looked open to me the next morning so I did take him back to the vet to have them look at it and they said it looked ok.  He was a little nervous on the ride but did ok.

Monday was hectic.  One vehicle was in the shop so I had to take Autumn to work, then Sierra to work, then to do a photo inspection job, then grocery shopping, then back to pick them up.

Aren't you glad it's fall!  I just love this season.

Summer has really been enjoying going to a middle school girls Bible study with the wife of our youth pastor.  They meet down the street at a little coffee shop - The Coffee Cottage.

He's such a sweetheart.

With busy schedules and teenagers, we do school early, late and whenever we can!
