Welcome, October!
It is truly my favorite month of the year.
The weather is still beautiful - cool nights with cool mornings and warm afternoons. The sunshine feels good again after the hot days of summer. Rainy, fall days are back and enjoyed with a throw and a cup of hot tea.
Autumn activities are just the best! Pumpkin patches and apple picking. All kinds of apple desserts including homemade apple butter. Carve a pumpkin and toast the seeds. Take a walk in the crunchy leaves and soak in the amazing colors. Have a hot cup of cider and an apple or pumpkin donut. So much to do and make memories.
