Today is the day! We have family from the Midwest coming in: our mom, her sister Aunt Jo and her husband, Uncle Arnold and Uncle Jim-Mom's youngest brother. They will be staying at Rachel's home from this Wednesday to next Wednesday. I will try to update every day with photos.
They arrived at 5pm into Portland on Wednesday, October 20th. After getting their luggage and rental car, they stopped at Shari's for dinner and then to our house. We made it back from church before they arrived. The kids had the idea to meet them with flashlights at the end of Rachel's long driveway. LOL! They enjoyed that and actually was a good idea since they have a long driveway out by itself. We chatted and then left about 9pm so they could get some rest.
We look forward to spending some time together with our family!
