Recipe: Peanut Butter Pie

A couple ladies and I were talking after church Sunday evening and one of them brought up peanut butter pie.  That made me want to make one!  This is the recipe I use...



Peanut Butter Pie

1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 chocolate crumb crust (9in)
1/4 cup chopped peanuts

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.  Mix in peanut butter and sugar.  Gradually add milk, mix well.  Fold in whipped topping.  Spoon into crust.  Refrigerate overnight.  Garnish with peanuts.
