Recipe: Slow-Cooker Beef and Creamy Potato Casserole

This is an great recipe that is comfort food...ease of a slow cooker...simple ingredients!


Slow-Cooker Beef and Creamy Potato Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 pepper
1 can (2.8 oz) french-fried onions
4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 bag (12 oz) frozen cut green beans

In a skillet, cook beef until brown.  Drain.  Stir in soup, milk, pepper and half of the onions.  

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.  Layer potatoes and green beans in cooker.  Top with beef mixture, spread evenly.

Cover, cook on low for 6-7 hours.  Top with remaining onions before serving.
