Valentine's Day is coming! Here is a recipe from my friend, Shannon, to satisfy that chocolate craving. :) Make some for your favorite Valentine!
Brownie Truffles
1-2 boxes of brownie mix (depending on how many you want to make)
*Make as the package says.
1 jar of chocolate frosting
1-2 packages of Toll House semi-sweet chocolate chips
After brownies have cooled, crumble with forks or mixer. Mix with frosting, roll into balls and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips using a double broiler. Dip chilled brownie bits in chocolate. Freeze again for at least 30 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
Store in fridge.
