New Years Vacation - Tallulah Gorge - Part 2

For our two-night stay, I found a cabin to rent at a campground.  It was a great option for our family!
It had plenty of space to hang out in, a kitchen to cook and eat in, beds for everyone and even outdoor space to enjoy.  It was definitely a perfect option especially when you compare it to a simple hotel room.

The view of the cabin from the outside.

We were in the River Pines Treehouse cabin.
The following are videos I took of the cabin.

The cabin had a spacious loft with two queen beds.  Plenty of space for our four daughters!

How cute is this!

Felt a little like the loft that Laura and Mary had on Little House on the Prairie.

View to downstairs.

Living room space.

I love this view with the window.

The fireplace was so nice and cozy!

The living space was small but what a view from the couch!

Bedroom on the first floor that Eric and I used.

The bathroom.

The kitchen.

The fridge and stove/oven were small but worked just fine for our stay.

It had a microwave, dishes, cooking utensils, coffeemaker, etc.  The only thing I wished they offered was a toaster.

The back deck was so cool!  The tree was coming right up through the floor and ceiling.  It was a beautiful view of the woods and the river below.

This was my favorite spot in the cabin!

The sunset off the back porch.
I hope you enjoyed the tour of the treehouse cabin!
