Saturday, did laundry, cleaning, all that fun stuff. Having the Martins over for lunch after church and decided on Mississippi roast sandwiches with pickle spears and watermelon. We also made chocolate cupcakes and Brandie is bringing soda and a pasta salad.
Saddened to hear the news of our childhood friend and neighbor, Jamie Mobley, who passed away from ALS. Praying for her family.
Our friend, Ricky Martin, was ordained as a deacon Sunday here at First Baptist Church of Orange Park.
The Martins came over for lunch. Then we all went swimming which was so nice. The pool felt so good.
That evening, (last evening all together before Addie went back to college), we had a family night playing a new game to us - The Oregon Trail. It was a lot of fun and laughs!
Made a batch of homemade salsa and chips and Summer donned her prairie sunbonnet. Ha!
Family time is so good.
