This recipe is for you!
Spreadable Butter
1 lb. salted butter - softened
1 1/2 cups vegetable or canola oil
Mix butter in a stand mixer with a whip or food processor. Drizzle oil in and mix until mixture is smooth and runny.
Pour into an airtight container and chill for two hours. Store in the fridge for up to one month. You can also divide it into two smaller containers and freeze one for later.
