Baking at Christmas time is always a favorite activity of mine. Here is a recipe to make to enjoy or give away this Christmas season.
Grinch Fudge
Ingredients
- 18 oz white chocolate (almond bark)
- 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/8 tsp salt
- green food coloring (optional)
- 2 cups coarsely chopped Oreo cookies (about 20 cookies)
Instructions
- In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, salt, and food coloring together until smooth.
- Remove from heat, and stir in cookies.
- Spread evenly into a foil-lined 8x8-inch baking dish. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
- Turn fudge onto a cutting board; peel off the foil, and cut into squares. Store tightly covered at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
